Helideck Awareness Inspection Training
Awareness training is undertaken at various times and on request if sufficient delegates are available.
The aim of our training is to highlight the special duties placed upon personnel appointed to carry out offshore helideck inspections, i.e. helicopter company personnel, offshore installation personnel required to perform audits of helicopter landing areas, other persons or agencies with an interest in helideck standards (e.g. national civil aviation authorities, governmental health and safety executives, offshore oil and gas representative organisation, etc).
On completion of the course, delegates will have an understanding of the current regulatory and practical requirements involved in helideck inspections, but will not be able to issue certificates on behalf of the HCA.
